Security Deposit
Given the exceptional nature of the property, the value of its furnishings, artworks and premium facilities, a security deposit of €50,000 is required prior to arrival.
House Rules
• The villas are equipped with a built-in indoor sound system. The installation or use of any additional speakers or sound equipment, whether indoors or outdoors, is strictly prohibited.
• Music may only be played between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM in order to preserve the peace and tranquility of the estate.
• The pedestrian gates opening onto Chemin des Mas du Capon are exclusively reserved for guest pick-up and drop-off by licensed private chauffeurs (VTC). Chauffeur-driven vehicles are not permitted to enter the Parc des Salins, ensuring privacy and smooth traffic circulation within the estate.
• The lead guest is fully responsible for ensuring that all occupants, visitors, service providers and chauffeurs comply with these house rules throughout the stay.
